My journey hasn’t been a straight line. For 25 years, I built a successful corporate career, leading large teams and navigating the fast-moving worlds of retail and hospitality. On paper, I had everything I thought I wanted – achievement, progression, security – yet something was missing.
I’d spent years helping others reach their potential while quietly questioning my own.
Then life shifted. Personal loss, health challenges, and a growing sense that there had to be more pushed me to re-evaluate everything. I realised success isn’t just about climbing higher, it’s about creating work and impact that actually mean something.
In 2020, I took the leap and built a business that blends everything I know about leadership, mindset, and growth. What started as a coaching practice has evolved into global speaking, leadership development, and retreats that help others reconnect with what truly drives them.
Every stage of my journey has shaped the way I work today… grounded, straightforward, and deeply committed to helping people realise just how capable they already are.
