After 25 years leading large teams for global brands, I saw first hand how mindset shapes performance. I worked with brilliant people who had the skills and ambition to go further, yet were held back by self doubt, fear of failure, or the belief that they were not ready yet. That insight changed the way I led, and eventually, the direction of my entire career.
Today, I speak on global stages, co design leadership development with organisations who want confident and capable leaders at every level, and coach driven individuals who are ready for their next step. My work blends real world business experience with practical mindset strategies, so growth feels achievable, not overwhelming.
Getting here has meant stepping away from the comfortable route, rethinking what success should feel like, and trusting my own voice. It has also shown me how short life is, how quickly things can change, and how important it is to go after what you truly want.
